Where words fail, music speaks.
About
Aden Harrison is a young composer with interest in creating music for films, games, and other media. He has been participating in music writing competitions as well as game jams such as the Spitfire Audio Competition 2022, Global Game Jam, and GMTK. With this and his Instruction provided by Joel Santos, an award-winning film, game, and television composer, having worked with many teams on projects including “Star Wars: Squadrons,” “Fortnite,” “God of War 2018,” and “How to Train Your Dragon: Homecoming,” Aden Harrison has been continuing to develop and hone his skills as a composer to further pursue what he loves.
My interest in music began at a young age. I've been playing piano since I could reach the keys on our home piano and would watch cartoons like Little Einsteins until my parents were crazy. With my parents noticing my drive for music; they set me up with piano lessons and music theory at the age of four. As much as I loved piano and still do, I would spend hours just playing around with concepts or ideas that I could hear in my head. It was at a point four years ago that I considered perhaps it was composition I was more interested in. This is when I met someone in the industry, Joel Santos, who has mentored, developed, and encouraged me to further improve my skills and push me to be the best composer I can be.
